Frequently Asked Questions
1) Do I need to order in advance?
We require orders to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. For orders requiring custom design and cupcake orders of at least 4 dozen or more, please order 3 weeks in advance. However, if you are unable to order within the time frame, please contact us and we'll try to accommodate your needs.
2) Do you do custom cakes and cupcakes?
Yes! We love creating custom cakes or cupcakes for that special occasion. Please contact us for a price quote.
3) Do you have a minimum order?
For cupcakes, macarons and cookies there is a minimum order of 1 dozen.
4) Are your creations nut-free?
Although our cakes, cupcakes and cookies do not contain any nuts, we are not a 100% nut-free facility.
5) Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver at the moment. There is a special exception for wedding orders - we will provide set up and delivery, which will be included in your fee quote.
6) What is your payment policy?
For orders over $100, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remainder due one week prior to the event.
